“Grenoble was expecting a tournament of this magnitude”

For the first time, Isère will host a P1000. THE Grenoble Tennis Padel, whose seven-track project is taking shape, will host the event from October 6 to 8, 2023. “Following current events in tennis and padel because of my past as a former tennis player and former club president, I immediately perceived the quality of the Grenoble Tennis project Padel and how big that would be. Grenoble Tennis Padel is the largest club in the conurbation with infrastructures of incredible quality. I also liked the ambition of the project of the new management team which continues to energize the club and its practices. I have a young and dynamic sales team, our operation fits perfectly with that of the club. I wanted to develop our partnerships by bringing us closer to an emerging discipline, bringing together all player profiles that can largely correspond to our target clientele and our products.”

“As stated before, I am a former tennis player myself and discovered the padel two years ago. It's a sport that is more open to beginners, which is more fun than tennis: any new player finds pleasure in it quite quickly! The practice of doubles and the format of the tournaments promote connections between players, which also allows them to make new acquaintances and meet new partners. It is an activity that is making a sensational entry into the world of sport and it has only just begun!”

And as athletes and enthusiasts, we are all fond of high-level competition. The organization is preparing a very nice event for us, the people at the helm of this project are real professionals, and they will help us to make this first major event a success, which will allow us to prepare even bigger competitions! ”
