Maxime Joris and Alexandre Toppin dominated the competition throughout this traditional P1000 organized at WinWin Padel Nimes.

In the final, they faced Alsatian Simon Wagner and “Le Boucher” Damien Bayard, and at no time seemed worried.

From the first set, the Joris / Toppin duo imposed their rhythm. They managed a break in the second game, quickly leading 3/1 then 5/2. In the space of just 20 minutes, they won the first set. 6/2.

The second set was more balanced, putting Wagner and Bayard in tension, who were able to play evenly thanks to their minds. However, the game changed in the seventh game: Joris and Toppin broke Simon Wagner's serve. The latter knew that the “TGV” Joris-Toppin was not going to stop there.

Final victory for Joris-Toppin on the score of 6/2 6/4.

We will come back to the women's tournament soon.
