Interviewed by the Belgian daily L'Echo, the former world tennis number One Justine Henin talks about her academy located in Limelette and talks about the padel.

Retired from tennis, Justine Henin is still very involved in this sport, through her club, the Justine Henin Club, located in Limelette in Belgium. A club that has 19 tennis courts, a restaurant and of course a famous academy, the Justine Henin Academy. And soon from padel ?

This is what seems to be taking shape since during her interview in L'Echo, the former world number one seemed to want “Develop the padel". In any case, the spirit of padel seems to stick very well with the philosophy of its center, which is aimed at competitors as well as amateurs: “I have a more accessible vision, for all levels. Those who hope to become pros like those who come to relax after work ”.

A friendly and sharing place, which we hope will soon offer padel, very sociable sport, perfectly suited to the vision that the Liégoise has of a club: "I like the idea that the club is a place of mixing and meeting". It would of course be excellent news for the popularity of our sport if an immense champion like Justine, seven Grand Chelem to his credit, can offer it in his center and promote it!
