What days! The French teams of padel Juniors made a start to the competition which is a credit to this first French participation in a world of minors of padel.

The big news is the official qualification of girls for 1/4. Whatever happens, the French have made their lives easier by beating the first seed in the pool on Monday against the formidable Brazilians. (1/2). Against the Italians, the French took place. They knew each other above, and made a perfect copy. In a group of 1 nations, the next step is the knockout matches. The French will play a second in the pool and thus avoid the great nations: Argentina and Spain. She has in her sights the 3rd place to go for… Maybe even against the Brazilians…

For boys, it is not yet definitively validated for the main draw. But it's off to a good start. After a logical defeat against Paraguay which outclasses all the nations in this group, France proved that by beating the USA 2/1, it was the favorite to occupy this second place in the group. The team Padel France will play against Sweden who will try to win at least one confrontation in this group since they had lost to the Americans.

We can note the fabulous atmosphere that there is within the French teams of padel with Eric Quillet particularly active in the encouragement and captains Alexis Salles / Patrick Fouquet who do everything to make life easy for our young players.

The other positive point is the quality of our young people compared to other older nations in the middle of padel. We saw it during the French Championships of padel juniors a few weeks ago at Toulouse Padel Club: There is a very interesting pool of players. And we can say thank you to many clubs of padel which today allow France to shine among young people.

The FFT system around the development of padel, the establishment of a National Training Center for padel and other actions around padel through the clubs of padel and players allow us to believe that the padel is only at the beginning of his great adventure in France.
