Le Denmark is faced with a problem. All the national federations want to grab it padel. Federation of tennis or padel ? Who will emerge victorious?

En 2022 we will know who will be the “vainqueur”Of this battle between 2 federations. On one side we have the Danish Federation of Padel (Dansk Padel Forbund) which was created in 2009 but has really been activated since 2017. Member of the International Federation of Padel, she works with clubs and players to develop this sport nationally and internationally.

On the other hand we have the Danish Tennis Federation (Dansk Tennis Forbund), which is a heavyweight in the panorama, a bit like the FFT in France or the LTA in the United Kingdom, which would like to appropriate the padel. To do this, the DTF asked to become a member of the International Federation of Padel ; 2 members for the same country? Weird isn't it?

So we are not as close as possible to what can be done and said in Denmark, but one thing is certain; the Tennis Federation, their past, their actions and their financial weight are assets not to be overlooked, but since 2017 the DPF has the argument of working hard for the evolution of padel.

Obviously, it would be easier if this story was settled by holding hands rather than confronting each other. The only loser is the padel… Response in 2022.
