The legendary rivalry between Inter Milan and AC Milan is no longer just about football, it is now winning the padel !

Almost two weeks ago, a little before the 225th Lombardy derby which saw the victory of Inter 4/2, old glories of the two clubs were found in the morning to remember the atmosphere of the derbies… on a plot of padel. Indeed, for the second time, Peroni beer, sponsor of the two teams, organized this event.

Un 16-team tournament : 8 for AC Milan, and 8 for Inter. There were not only footballers, but also VIPs and former sportsmen from both clubs. Among the stars of the round ball, we found for example Gianluca Zambrotta, Demetrio Albertini, Nicola Ventola, or Christian Vieri (who wore the colors of the two clubs but who represented Inter there). As in football, Inter won this derby, with the pair's final victory Luigi Di Biagio / Paolo Bonolis.

Like Maradona, Didier Deschamps, or Patrick Kluivert and Carles Puyol, we notice that footballers seem to particularly appreciate the padel. In any case, the round ball is a great promotion of our sport!
