According to the founder of Africa Padel, the competition organized last year by the APT would have had repercussions. Indeed, following this first major tournament on the African continent, the country would have experienced impressive growth:

  • From 3500 to over 40 players on the Playtomic app
  • A 10-fold increase in the number of clubs

This development is also reflected in the number of players, with 88 pairs registered for the preliminary phase of the A1 Cape Town Master 2023, compared to 24 last season!
