During an interview for Freedom Digital, Miguel Lamperti has announced that he intends to retire from playing in two years.

After Fernando Belasteguin, who intends to quit in three years, the turn of his compatriot Miguel Lamperti to announce that retirement is approaching.

As he explains in the interview for Libertad Digital, the 43-year-old plans to end his career when his contract with Nox will have ended, i.e. in two years.

The player wants to leave a good image when ending his great career:

“I will play for two more years, and then it will be over. I have already made my decision. I want to do this well. I don't want to feel like I can't win a game anymore and quit because of it. I want to arrive on the track and tell myself that I have every chance. I renewed my contract with Nox for two years and I have this date in mind. Now, if in 2023 I see that I am among the best, it might be different…but I don't believe it will be.”
