During the senior French championships of padel, the French Tennis Federation produced the finals for the first time. Available on YouTube and Facebook channel of the FFT, the retransmission met with great success with more than 28 views.

The duos Bastien Blanqué-Thomas Leygue and Alix Collombon-Léa Godallier were crowned champions of France 2022 on the slopes of Toulouse Padel Club.

Our junior teams participated in the first European Championships in Valencia with a 4th place for the girls and a 5th place for the boys.

What's up ?

National Padel Cup
Within National Tennis Cup, the biggest amateur tennis competition in France, the general public will also have the opportunity to discover events for the padel. There will be several tournaments: P100, a mixed P250 and a P1000 to close the week. A total of 500 participants are expected. Meet at the Cap d'Agde International Tennis Center from October 23 to 29.

Mayors' Fair in Paris
The French Tennis Federation will be present at the fair for mayors and local authorities (Paris – Porte de Versailles) from November 22 to 24. The objective is to inform local authorities as well as possible about the development of infrastructures linked to the padel. Do not hesitate to come and meet the teams on site if you have investment projects for padel.

Le padel French in numbers
The development of padel in France is doing well. All the indicators are in constant progression over the last 4 years. To meet ever-increasing demand, the supply of infrastructure is notably boosted by the National Sports Agency, with the aim of
1 additional tracks for 000.

Live from the leagues

Niort, regional center of padel !
The Nouvelle-Aquitaine league inaugurated its regional center of padel in the town of Niort, with the construction of 2 tracks. The inauguration took place in particular in the presence of Alain Moreau (president of the NVA league), Jérôme Baloge (mayor of Niort) and Éric Largeron (vice-president of the FFT in charge of competition and padel).

Meeting between the actors of the padel
On Saturday October 15, Patrice Brulez, president of the league, and the members of the regional group of padel received the actors of padel regional. About fifteen clubs and authorized structures were present to discuss together the development of the padel within the League.

Training

DFMP sessions in Hauts-de-France and PACA
The Hauts-de-France league launched its first DFMP session with the validation of 10 candidates. It will continue with a session scheduled for January 2023. For its part, the PACA league is continuing the work already started in 2022 with a DFMP session scheduled for February 2023.

The TFP arrives in Normandy
After selection tests taking place at the beginning of October, 5 trainees started the first TFP monitor training padel from Friday, October 14 at the Adel League Center.
