Le World Padel Tour has just unveiled a new pair on the men's circuit: the one formed by the 11th world Pablo Lima and the n°17 Coki Nieto.

The information came from the WPT Facebook page : like we mentioned it from November 21, the 36-year-old Brazilian and the 23-year-old Spaniard will be associated in this year 2023. The first finished the 2022 season alongside Franco Stupaczuk, with whom he won four finals and a title in the Open du World Padel Tour.

Nieto, if he was illustrated by successes in challenger, had a more complicated year, started with his compatriot Mike Yanguas and ended with the Argentinian Martin Di Nenno. The latter precisely becomes the new partner of Stupa.

The Lima / Nieto pair should shine in particular with their defensive qualities (but not only) and intend to shake up the world hierarchy, still dominated by Lebron / Galan, the only pair in the top 5 to display the same configuration as at the start of 2022.

Most teams are now formed for a WPT season that will finally begin February 21 in Abu Dhabi.
