On Wednesday October 18, 2023, the City of Paris announced a call for expressions of interest for the occupation and exploitation of land padel in a surface car park located at 7-9, avenue du Président Kennedy, in the 16th arrondissement.

Intended for the general public, this terrain padel is intended to be operated on a transitory basis. In fact, this surface car park will be transformed into a landscaped and road space from September 2025, the estimated start date of the work.

The total area of ​​the land, including ancillary premises, is approximately 260 square meters.

In its approach to promoting the activity of padel, the City of Paris specifies that only projects having as their main objective the development of this sporting discipline will be considered admissible.

Interested parties are invited to submit their expressions of interest electronically before November 20, 2023, at 12 p.m., to the email address “dvd-spv-consultations.contrats@paris.fr".
