Attendance records

The first season of Premier Padel saw the padel take place in world-renowned venues such as the iconic Stade Roland-Garros in Paris, the historic Foro Italico in Rome, the Wizink Center in Madrid and the Aconcagua Arena in Mendoza (Argentina). These spectacular venues immediately broke attendance records, including the all-time attendance record for a tournament of padel (55 000 spectators during the Premier Padel Mendoza P1) and the second all-time attendance record for a game of padel (more than 11 000 fans during the Mendoza final), concluding its first season with more than 200 000 spectators at 8 events.

180 territories affected

The circuit has also broken new ground in broadcast and reach, having signed 11 multi-year broadcast deals – including with top global broadcasters like ESPN, beIN Sports, Canal+ and RTVE. During its first season, Premier Padel was broadcast internationally on more than 180 territories with a potential audience of 150 million viewership, bringing a world-class product to a now much wider audience.

22 million views and 17 million viewers reached

In addition, Premier Padel made sure that the padel be as accessible as possible on the world stage thanks to its live broadcast agreement with Youtube, which resulted in more than 22 million views – 17 million live viewers – and a total of 6 million hours of padel watched. The brand's rapid digital growth on other official channels (Instagram, Twitter) resulted in a following of over 300 people in less than a year.

Prize money records

Finally, record prizes were paid out, including €525 for the “majors” (Doha, Rome, Paris and Mexico) and €250 for P000 tournaments.
