The FIP STAR Riyadh, a first!

I am currently in Saudi Arabia. I was invited by a Saudi to play in the tournament. I have been playing for four years padel. I was in Dubai for almost a year, I played a lot there and gradually I met people.

This Saudi therefore offered me to come and do the FIP with him. He does not have an extraordinary level compared to the French who are in the tournament, and even compared to the other players. But there, the draw has changed. We had to come up against two Egyptians and in the end, we come across two other Saudis. The first round, I think we can do it if it goes well, but the second round is going to be complicated, normally against Dorian de Meyer and Thomas Vanbauce.

Objective: enter directly into the main tables of the FIP Tour

This is my first experience in a professional tournament. I never played in France, I just did six tournaments. I don't consider myself a "monster" at all. padel, I still have to improve.

I would very much like to return to FIP tournaments in the future. I don't want to play the French circuit. So there, it's really a discovery for me, but I'm going to give everything I have to try to get out of qualifying.

Top 500 FIP goal

I'm here for a first experience on the professional circuit, well on the FIP circuit at least. The goal is to do a lot of FIP tournaments, to make myself known and to evolve. I also want to get some points because soon my goal is the top 500 FIP and I want to train for that.

I'm going to Madrid in order to train, to be able to progress and to try to get on the main boards of the professional circuit soon.

My next FIP ​​tournaments, normally, it will be in Sweden with probably Thomas Barateau. It will therefore be towards the end of June-beginning of July and the end of July-beginning of August, for two FIP Rise.
