The Pays de Loire regional championships counting for the 2023 French Championships took place at Urban Padel from the Mans. Boissé / Hugounenq and Buteau / Lambregts are doing just fine!

In the men's final, the No. 1 and No. 2 seeds, Alexandre Boilevin (No. 47) associated with Adrien Dandois (No. 59), and Simon Boissé (No. 100) associated with Arthur Hugounenq (No. 35 ), fought a fierce battle.

Despite the initial domination of the Boilevin/Dandois pair in the first set, which was won on a tie-break, Simon and Arthur fought back with force to win the second set with a score of 6/3. The third set kept the spectators spellbound. Alexandre and Adrien took advantage with a 4/2 break, but Simon and Arthur showed their determination and equalized at 4/4. Finally, Simon and Arthur won the tie-break and qualified for the final stages of the French championships.

The women's final pitted Laura Buteau (#14) and Emmelien Lambregts (#27) against Dorine Rabs (#120) and Sophie Gilbert (#120). Despite the ranking gap, the match was closer than expected. Dorine and Sophie created a surprise by winning the first set 6/4, but Laura and Emmelien knew how to react to win the following two sets 6/3 and 6/1.
