The European Cup of 2017 Clubs brings together 8 clubs and 6 different nations:

  • Toulouse Padel Official partner club of the event. (Toulouse, France)
  • Padel Mas Tennis Club (Perpignan-France)
  • Stade Toulousain Tennis Padel (Toulouse, France)
  • Padel Orée (Brussels-Belgium)
  • La Playa (Den Haag-Holland)
  • Valls (Torre Del Mar-Spain)
  • Padel First (Geneva-Switzerland)
  • Tennis Club Eze (Monaco)

Each team provided the list of players and substitutes before the start of the competition.
Substitutes may on the European Cup bear an injury, but not during the match, in case of injury and abandonment, the match is lost.

It is possible to strategically integrate 1 single substitute and 1 single alternate throughout the competition.

The sports competition will take place in two phases:

1 group stage according to the drawn draw and the attached table drawn up.

2 groups of 4 are constituted.

In each group all the teams meet on 2 matches, one male, the other female.

Matches are played in 2 winning sets with a great tie-break at 3rd set in 10 points with 2 points of deviation.

A ranking is established at the end of this phase according to the following methods:

  • 1 victory = 3 points
  • 1 defeat in 2 sets = 0 points
  • 1 defeat in 3 sets = 1 points

In the event of a tie in the standings at the end of the group matches, the qualification for the following rounds is given according to the following criteria and decisive rules:

  • The number of sets won
  • In case of a tie after the previous criterion, the number of games won
  • In case of a tie after the previous criterion, the qualification is given to the number of women's matches won

After the group stage: the first from group 1 meets the second from group 2, the first from group 2 meets the second from group 1 in the semi-finals.

In the event of a tie for a match, i.e. 1 victory and XNUMX defeat, the following criteria determine the teams:

  • The number of sets won the most important
  • In the event of a tie: criterion retained the most important number of games won
  • In the event of a tie, the qualifying criterion is given to the women's match won

Following the final will determine the first winner of the European Cup AECP and ranking matches. (Same victory criteria as for the semi-finals in case of a tie)

All teams will be rewarded with a trophy and various surprises.
