This is the great novelty on the tournament side of padel in 2023 in France, with a new category: the P1500.

Today, the regulations therefore have 7 categories, including the P2000, managed directly by the French Tennis Federation.

Note that while there may be up to two P1000s per week, we will only have four P1500s per year, in order to give greater importance to these events. It should be noted that for the P1500, as for the P2000, the umpires are appointed and compensated by the FFT, as are the referees (also called “track supervisors”).
