The war in Israel and the geopolitical instability in the region logically caused the cancellation of the next tournament Premier Padel in Egypt. It was via a press release that the organizers confirmed its postponement.

However, according to our sources, it is possible that this postponement will turn into a cancellation depending on the evolution of the war and the “limited” options offered to the organizers.

“After recent events in the region, we regret to announce the postponement of the Newgza tournament Premier Padel P1, which was scheduled to take place in Nueva Guiza, Egypt, from October 30 to November 4, 2023.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and would like to assure you that everyone who purchased tickets will be entitled to a full refund.”

After the cancellation of the Master in Argentina (World Padel Tour), it is therefore a second cancellation which will allow the players to breathe after a year very rich in events.
