7 interregional phases

There will be 8 interregional phases that will run simultaneously on the weekend of 9 and 10 September.

The groups were organized according to the host sites and their number of shorts, the distribution of the best leagues in the eight regions and geography.

The groups of the interregions of the French championships padel 2017 are:

Group A: Flanders / Alsace / Champagne / Essonne
Group B: Midi-Pyrenees / CBBL / Guyenne / Limousin
Group C: Yvelines / Poitou-Charentes / Normandy / Franche-Comté
Group D:Loire Country / Languedoc-Roussillon / Seine-et-Marne / Haut-de-Seine
Group E: Britain / Picardy / Val d'Oise / Val de Marne
Group F: Lyonnais / Dauphine-Savoie / Lorraine / Corsica
Group G: Centre / Provence / Paris
Group H: French Riviera / Auvergne / Seine-Saint-Denis

Our opinion :

It should be noted that the FFT took care to protect the big leagues. What about the next year when the regions have merged ... Anyway for this year, it is a good analysis of the Federation, especially since it had to juggle leagues that did not necessarily offer structures indoor meeting the specifications of the FFT.

The final phases of the French championships of padel 2017

The two finalist teams of the interregions are qualified for the final phase which will be disputed on the facilities of the BIG IV (in Petite Forêt, near Valenciennes - Ligues of Flanders) the 22, 23 and 24 September 2017.

The official material of the FFT

Babolat is the partner padel of the French Tennis Federation. Therefore, players will play with balls of padel Babolat during the interregions and during the final phases of the French championships of padel.

Small disappointment: The forgotten miners
The French championships of padel are closed to players from padel minors. Indeed, the FFT clearly indicates that the competitor must be 18 years or older to participate in these championships. If there was possibly a French championship of padel for the youngest, why not. But this is not currently the case.
