As we told you a few days ago, the season of World Padel Tour was resume in Mallorca mid-February. But it seems that there has been a change of situation.

Indeed, according to our colleagues from Padel Spain, differences of opinion between the circuit and the local authorities would jeopardize the “Mallorca Open”. The tournament would be postponed at best, canceled outright at worst.

Thus, still according to Padel Spain, the World Padel Tour would not resume on February 14 but on February 21, and in Abu Dhabi this time. The competition which was to start the following week was therefore brought forward by a few days.

For the moment nothing official, but it seems that 2023 does not start as hoped for the circuit managed by Setpoint Events SA...
