On the occasion of the first round of World Padel Tour Brussels Open 1000 yesterday, Arnau Ayats and Francisco Guerrero created a surprise at the ferry terminal. The two Spaniards got their ticket for the 1/8th finals by bringing down the recently formed pair, Javi Leal / Juan Cruz Belluati (4/6 – 6/4 – 6/3).

Led at the end of the first round, the pair qualifying exit showed all their talent to turn the tide and reach the second round of an Open 1000 for the first time World Padel Tour.

Arnau Ayats and Francisco Guerrero will play tomorrow against the winners of the encounter between Jimenez/Moya and Ruiz/Tello.
