The semi-final of World Padel Tour Marbella Master between Franco Stupaczuk / Sanyo Gutierrez and Alejandro Galan / Juan Lebron will have been an absolute spectacle!

It is not insulting yesterday's game between Diaz / Sanchez and Belasteguin / Tapia to say that this morning's semi-final was certainly the most great tournament game so far. 3h10 of game, 11 games decided at punto de oro, a tie-break in the third set, 9 match balls saved, there is not much more to say: we have witnessed an exceptional spectacle.

After a very balanced start to the match, Sanyo and Stupa manage to break 4/4. They get a set ball on their serve at the punto de oro, but the Spanish break it down, on a supersonic volley “del Lobo”. In the tie-break, the Argentines are a little less sharp and Juan and Ale end up winning the first round 7/6.

In the second, Galan and Lebron make a few more mistakes, and Sanyo and Stupa, more solid, take the opportunity to win 6/3. They continue their momentum in the third, breaking their opponents three times, but each time they respond.

Gutierrez / Stupaczuk even have a 5/3 match point, then 3 new 5/4 on their service, but systematically, Galan / Lebron, tear themselves away and end up getting by. We then head, as in the first round, towards a decisive game.

The tie-break is still to the advantage of Sanyo and Stupa at first, who lead 6/3 but Ale and Juan, never admitting defeat, end up saving them, not without a touch of success at times. In the end, the Argentines will miss 9 match balls… The Spaniards manage to convert the second, and triumph over this thriller 7/6 3/6 7/6 !
