In France, le padel experiencing unprecedented growth, with a constant increase in the number of players on the slopes. That being said, the distribution of the number of clubs and players is not really homogeneous.

Not surprisingly, southern regions, such as Occitanie, PACA or New Aquitaine are in pole position in the ranking of the number of licensees. But it is also in these regions that the ratio of the number of points per player is the least important.

Obviously, this is quite logical. As we know, le padel is a very addictive sport, with many pure competitors. But many players with a more leisurely spirit also do a few tournaments here and there, which inevitably, lowers the ratio.

As we can see, it is in Martinique where the players have the best ratio, with more than 500 points. While in Île de France, or in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, we oscillate around 300 points.

TABLE NUMBER OF LICENSEES

So, it is not because we have the most licensees that we have the best points ratio, the proof is there.
