Juan Lebrón and Ale Galán, seeded 1 (but who this year are still looking for their first victory in the circuit Premier Padel, absent since Milan 2022), will face the winners of the match between Icardo/Moya and Cardona/Ruiz.

For their part, circuit dominators Arturo Coello and Agustín Tapia (2), winners in Rome, Madrid, Mendoza and Paris, will make their debut in Milan against Sánchez Chamero/Marcos or a qualified pair.

The numbers 1 in the women's draw, Ari Sánchez and Paula Josemaría, champions in Paris, will start at the Allianz Cloud against their compatriots Sandra Bellver and María Eulalia Rodríguez Abajo.

The same goes for Marta Ortega and Gemma Triay, seeded 2 and victorious in Rome, Spanish derby against Carmen Goenaga and Lucía Martínez Gómez. Delfina Brea and Bea González, crowned champions in Madrid, will begin the quest for the title in Milan against the Spaniard Beatriz Caldera and the Portuguese Ana Catarina Nogueira.
