The qualifications of the Cape Town Master were played this weekend between Buenos Aires and Madrid. Find out which pairs qualified.

This tournament, which begins on February 13, has seen its number of registered players triple compared to last year. In effect, the list has 87 teams !

The previas were therefore well stocked, in particular those disputed in Madrid, which finally granted a place to lucky losers, the qualifications planned in Mexico not having taken place.

And in the end, it was these five pairs who validated their ticket for the final table:

  • Daniel Blanco (ESP) / Alfonso Sanchez Arriaga (ESP)
  • Francisco González (ESP) / Tomas Cheda Aguilar (ESP)
  • Joao Maria Caiano (POR) / Francisco Ramos (POR) (Lucky Losers)
  • Francisco Maier (ARG) / Mauricio Rivero (ARG)
  • Mateo Rivero (ARG) / Vinny DiFrancesco Calderon (USA)
