The Banco Santander Sevilla Master is the next big event on the A1 circuit Padel. The edition, which will take place from March 6 to 12, broke a historic record for registered pairs with 143 male pairs and 56 female pairs, or 199 teams in total!

In men, the world number 1 Dal Bianco / Arce want to try to keep their title while their dolphins Allemandi / Aguirre hope to take their revenge. We will also have to keep an eye on other Argentinians, including of course De Pascual and Alfonso, victorious at the Cape Town Master during the first tournament of the Fabrice Pastor circuit. Finally, José Luis Gonzalez and Antonio Luque will be the best local pair as the number 10 seed.

On the women's side, the Sevillian Marta Borrero will form the first seed alongside Patricia Martinez. The competition will be there with in particular all the new pairs that we had never seen before on this circuit: Fassio/Pinacho, Polo/Traviesa, Velasco/Pascual, Castillon/Garcia….

Of the 199 pairs entered in the competition, 16 countries will be represented: Spain, Brazil, Argentina, Portugal, Colombia, Chile, Paraguay, United States, Italy, Uruguay, Sweden, Germany, France, Monaco, Denmark and Mexico. Qualifying begins tomorrow at the Rio Grande club in Sevilla.
