Sunday training 22 April 2018 16h to Friday 28 April 16h in Barcelona (Castelldefels)

On the program: more than 30 hours of padel for 8 French-speaking players!

- 10h of technical-tactical training by theme adapted to the level of each, 

with personal video analysis time of each player

- 5h of observations of the game at high level commented by specialists, oriented according to the theme of work of the day.

- 5 hours of “physical” training specific to padel around the following objectives: injury prevention, strengthening of the quality of support, trajectory readings, etc. 

with objectives of mental preparation and communication to the key.  

- 20h of matches in tournaments against Spanish and international
