As we said in a previous article, the best French players may not be present at the 2023 French Championship.

Indeed, increasingly busy schedules make it more and more complicated for players to participate in national competitions. A problem which is not at all limited to France since, as we have seen recently, the 2022 Spanish Championships had to be postponed to 2023...

Thus, we are not sure to see the best French players again at the French Championships next season. Fortunately nothing has been done yet, and the French number 1 leaves the door open to participate in the most important competition in France in 2023. And if that is done, it will be with Johan Bergeron as he has claimed in post-match interview : “If I come back next year, it will be with Jo!”
