The reigning French Champions did the work on the track this Saturday evening in Toulouse against Jessica Ginier and Lucile Pothier. But for the first time since the beginning of their association in France, the two players of the World Padel Tour left a set on the way!

In the first race, the favorites very quickly imposed a rhythm that their opponents could not keep up. Opposite, Lucile and Jessica tried hard but it was not enough to prevent the steamroller Collombon / Godallier.

The second set was very different as seeded 6 greatly raised her level of play, undermining the competition favourites. Rewarded for their efforts and their audacity, Ginier and Pothier managed to pocket the second set. For the first time in France since they have been together, Alix and Léa were forced to play a third set!

A last act which saw the return of the domination of the reigning French Champions, who finally won the match 6/1 4/6 6/3 and who will try to afford the double tomorrow (in case of victory , it would already be a fifth consecutive title for Alix!). For that they will have to beat Fiona Ligi and Laura Clergue, who, let's remember, have dominated Detriviere / Martin in the semi-finals.
