From October 21 to 23, the Toulouse Padel Club (Occitanie league) will host the 7th edition of French Championships Padel, organized by the FFT and sponsored by Wilson. The best French players of Padel thus meet in the pink city to try to win the coveted title of champion(s) of France. A total of 32 female and male pairs will compete in this final phase.

Among the ladies, Alix Collombon and Léa Godallier (Occitanie league), who will be aiming for a second consecutive title, will be the big favorites for these French championships. Alix Collombon will even try to win a fifth title after 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020. For her part, Elodie Invernon, an unfortunate finalist last year, is associated for this 2022 edition with Charlotte Soubrié (Occitanie league). She will thus try to take her revenge and win a first victory in this event.

The pairs made up of Jessica Ginier-Barbier and Lucile Pothier (Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes league) as well as Amélie Detrivière and Mélissa Marin will also have a good part to play during these championships, as will the Fiona Ligi / Laura Clergue teams ( Occitanie league) or Marie Lefèvre / Mélanie Ros (Pays de la Loire league).

On the men's side, Johan Bergeron, four-time French champion, and Benjamin Tison (Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes league), will try to retain their title. Bastien Blanqué and Thomas Leygue (Occitanie league), unfortunate finalists last year, will also be serious contenders for the final victory. But the competition will be tough with the presence of the pairs Adrien Maigret / Jérémy Scatena, Justin Lopes / François Authier (Auverge-Rhône-Alpes league), or even Benjamin Grue / Maxime Moreau.
