Le Clermont Padel Club is preparing to open in September 2023 and is actively looking for its future padel coach. If you are passionate and ready to invest in a picturesque setting close to the Mediterranean Sea, this offer is for you.

Missions :

  • Preparation of educational sessions adapted to each audience.
  • Provide group and individual lessons.
  • Manage the organization of courses for adults and children.
  • Propose and implement actions to develop padel activity and optimize the occupancy of the tracks.
  • Contribute to the development of the tournament schedule.
  • Actively participate in the life of the club.

Responsibilities : The coach will only be responsible for the quality of execution of the missions entrusted to him:

  • Safety : Compliance with the safety instructions related to the facilities and ensuring the safety of its students (in accordance with the club's rules).
  • Facilities and equipment : Ensure the proper use of the facilities and equipment made available to him.
  • Autonomy and Initiative : Ability to perform tasks requiring specialized technical know-how.

Technical skills :

  • Holder of the Title for Professional Purposes Padel or the Federal Monitor Diploma of Padel.
  • Good knowledge of techniques specific to the role of padel teacher:
    • Mastery of sports knowledge of the discipline.
    • Familiarity with the rules governing the discipline (legislation, regulations, safety, etc.).
    • Expertise in padel teaching techniques and group supervision.
  • Good interpersonal skills and teaching skills.
  • Up-to-date on his professional card and able to present it to management at each renewal.
