We told you about it recently, some countries have Wild Cards table for the CUPRA Fip Finals, in France Benjamin Tison and Johan Bergeron will have them.

The French Tennis Federation has chosen to donate the Wild Card table for the CUPRA Fip Finals, which begins on December 14, 2020 in Cagliari in Johan Bergeron and Benjamin Tison. A way to reward the beautiful season of the two French, who have proved to Mijas that they are a formidable pair.

As we told you a short time ago, in men, the main table, consisting of 32 pairs, integrates the winners of the 8 FIP Stars of the season (or the finalist if a winner repeats), 11 Wild Cards for players from FIP member countries, 9 pairs of players ranked beyond 17th place in the WPT, and as 4 qualified from previa.

Thanks to this Wild Card, Johan and Benjamin will start their tournament on Wednesday December 16 in the round of XNUMX and will certainly avoid going through the qualifications! Interviewed by the FFT, Benjamin Tison did not hide his enthusiasm

"It's great because it's the first edition of this competition, there will be all the winners of this year's FIP Stars tournaments. It rewards my happy year abroad and I am very happy to benefit from this invitation with “Jo” to compete against the best. We are impatient to go and as in all tournaments we intend to go as far as possible even if the plateau will be very high. We're coming out of a FIP Star where we lost in the round of 6 (4/XNUMX in the third) against the future winners so that motivates us even more to try to do even better. ”

For the moment we do not know to whom the French Wild Card will be awarded among the ladies.
