PadelShot is looking for a Sports Manager for its center in Saint-Étienne. The position includes the sports animation of the club, the educational management of the academy and various other missions. The ideal candidate should have a DFMP, training experience and ideally be ranked in the French Top 2000.

Main responsibilities

  • Sports Pole
    • Animate the sports part of the club
    • Plan the various events of the center (entertainment and tournaments)
    • Supervise sanctioned tournaments
    • Structuring the different animation formulas
    • Participate in the project Padel at school "
    • Supervise activities intended for all audiences
  • Pedagogical Pole
    • manage the teaching of PadelShot Academy
    • Provide group/individual lessons for adults and young people
    • Follow the individual projects of the Academy
    • Organize internships in the center
    • Provide tutoring for TFPs in training
  • Other assignments
    • Participate in sports commercial development (tournament sponsorship)
    • Animate seminars / Team Building
    • Provide reception at the bar (if necessary)

Required qualifications

  • DFMP
  • Ranking: Top 2000 French desired
