The Inside Padel Club is focusing its development in 2024 on padel and is actively looking for his future coach. If you are passionate and ready to invest in the biggest club in padel of the region (8 plots of land pending future projects), a town on a human scale, and a pleasant setting, this offer is for you.

Sports Pole

  • Animate the sports part of the club
  • Plan the various events of the center (entertainment and tournaments)
  • Supervise sanctioned tournaments
  • Structuring the different animation formulas
  • Force of proposals on new projects (Academy Padel, New openings)
  • Supervise activities intended for all audiences

Pedagogical Pole

  • Manage Inside Academy teaching
  • Provide group/individual lessons for adults and young people
  • Organize internships in the center

Other assignments

  • Participate in sports commercial development (tournament sponsorship)
  • Animate seminars / Team Building
  • Provide reception at the bar (if necessary)

Skills required :

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and teaching skills required.
  • Good knowledge of the techniques specific to the teaching function of padel :
    • DFMP
    • Ranking: Top 2000 French desired
    • JAP1 desired
  • Expertise in teaching techniques padel and group management.
  • Holder of the Title for Professional Purposes Padel or the Federal Monitor Diploma of Padel would be a plus
