The player and trainer Sven Boele offers during the confinement several videos with a nice spirit. One of the most recent is made for training and playing together.

Sven Boele is a character with a lot of envy, humor and energy. In his videos he always tries to adapt to all levels.

In this video he proposes to work the coordination, with balls, at 2, from an easy to difficult level.

Whether you are a couple or with your children, no need to know how to play padel, the exercise is fun.

  • First level: throw the ball (s) without bouncing
  • Level 2: catch the ball (s) after 1 bounce
  • Level 3: combine the 2 previous levels. Player 1 throws once up then down while Player 2 starts down then up
  • Level 4: let the ball (s) make 2 rebounds
  • Level 5: throw the balls. One ball must rebound 1 and the second ball must make 2
  • Level 6: achieve level 1 while moving
  • Level 7: achieve level 2 by moving
  • Level 8: achieve level 1 but catch the ball by crossing your arms
  • Level 9: achieve level 2 but catch the ball by crossing your arms
