Let's continue our stretching series, proposed by Alejandra Salazar, in the form of short videos. Today, the muscles of the tibia-fibula.

Play at padel tests your muscles. Whether you play sports or just want to feel good, it is important to stretch regularly. After a physical effort or simply because you have a moment, practice stretching, you will inevitably feel better.

In order not to mix all the leg stretches, we only offer the muscles of the tibia-fibula area.

  • Calves or twins
  • Sunscreens
  • tibial
  • Long Peronier

Calves

A stretch well known to all, consisting of placing your hands against a wall and trying to push that wall with a back heel that we will try to put on the floor.

Sunscreens

The solar muscle is found close to the calf. Stretching to be done very carefully. Leaning against a wall, you come to put your heel on the ground, but tiptoe against the wall. You can also adopt the same position as for the calves but with the rear leg bent.

tibial

The tibial muscle is located on the front part of the leg, next to the bone with the same name, the tibia. To stretch it, lean against a wall, one leg behind the other, put the kick on the ground.

Long Peronier

This muscle is found on the outside. Standing position, resting on one leg, put the kick on the ground of the other leg, and press on the smallest toes.
