Dorian De Meyer and Thomas Vanbauce were trying to validate their ticket for the main draw of the Mexico FIP Platinum tonight.

After dominating the Spanish-Algerian pair Chacon / Hamou for their entry into the previas (7/5 6/4), the Bordelais hoped to do the same against the Argentinian Ortiz and the Uruguayan Araujo in the next round.

But unfortunately for them, those who formed the 2 seed of these qualifications came across two solid players who inflicted a heavy defeat on them: 6/0 6/3. Thanks to this success, the South Americans qualify for the final draw, where they will face the 7th seed, Moya / Cabezas, on Thursday.
