Three French people managed to reach the semi-finals of this FIP Rise Dubai and will try to get their ticket for tomorrow's final.

In the women's table, Wendy Barsotti is the last tricolor representative, after the elimination of Camille Sireix and her partner Francesca Ligotti, facing Laura Lujan and Lucia Perez (TS1).

Wendy and her teammate Catarina Castro Vilela easily qualified for the semi-final during the quarterfinals. The Franco-Spanish pair won 6 / 4 6 / 0 against Silvia Lopez Vidal (478) and Angelina Neizvestnaya (166).

Today, they will try to reach the final against the Germans, seeded 3, Victoria Kurz (131) and Denise Hoefer (131).

On the men's side now, two French players are still in the running in this FIP Rise Dubai. Indeed, Maxime Joris et Thomas Vanbauce created a surprise yesterday by imposing 4/6 6/4 6/1 facing their compatriots Philemon Raichman et Julien Seurin. Already in the morning, they had brought out other French players, Jerome Inzerillo et Man Vives, in two small sets: 6 / 2 6 / 3.

Now in the semi-final, they will have to get past the Argentinian Ramiro Jesus Valenzuela (293) and the Spaniard Pol Hernandez Alvarez (180), seeded 7.

The meetings will begin at 17 p.m. (i.e. 14 p.m. in France) but you will have to wait 18h in France minimum to see the Joris/Vanbauce match. The semi-final of Thomas Vanbauce and Maxime Joris will be followed, live, on Padel MagTV :
