Interviewed by our colleagues fromOlé before the WPT Marbella Master, which he plays with Ale Galan, Jon Sanz returned with great humility to the big challenge that awaits him.

In this very interesting interview, the Navarrese explains all the pressure that rests on his shoulders when replacing Juan Lebron, with a funny anecdote. After announcing that he was going to compete in the Marbella Master with Ale Galan, Jon received a comment referring to Shakira's very popular song: “He really changed a Rolex for a Casio”. Not offended, Sanz is even rather agree with this fan “It's true! If you compare me with the Wolf, there is no comparison. He is better than me, obviously, but I will do my best to organize the best tournaments possible with Ale.

The 20th ranked WPT player continues: “I'm not going to lie to you: I'm a little nervous. Playing with a number one like Ale puts a lot of pressure on me, it's a bit stressful, I try to do my best, above all I don't want to put a hole in myself”.

For the moment it works rather well, since the Madrilenian and the Navarrese will play this Friday the quarter-finals of the tournament, against Paquito Navarro and Fede Chingotto.
