This is a phenomenon that has recently been observed in Belgium near Estaimpuis.

In some padel clubs, Belgian police officers are forced to intervene to put an end to games between players, sometimes even in broad daylight.

The reason? Complaints reported by the neighborhood and some residents for noise pollution. In Estaimpuis, it was the manager of a padel club who paid the price since he received complaints against his establishment.

According to the Belgian media The future, this is not a new phenomenon since some agents have also observed noise pollution coming from various padel clubs which they had to stop...

Unfortunately, padel often rhymes with noise and this neighborhood complaint phenomenon is not at all new.
