The qualifying Regional Championships for 2023 French senior ladies' and senior men's pair championships are coming! For the Ile-de-France region, they will take place on 24 and 25 2023 June au Forest Hill The March of Marnes-la-Coquette.

For this competition, 24 women's teams will be directly qualified in the main draw. Among the gentlemen 16 are directly qualified, in addition to the 8 winners of the Committee phases.

In IDF, 8 Ile-de-France committees will organize a qualifying phase.

The winning team from each Committee will automatically qualify for the IDF League phase.

The rules of participation

The 2023 Senior French Championships are open to players:

  • French nationality
  • FFT licensees on behalf of the 2023 sports year and whose license certificate bears the mention “competition authorized”
  • Being in the age category 11 years or above
  • The players composing a pair do not have the obligation to be licensed within the same league, they will then choose to participate in the regional championship of one or the other of the two leagues to which they belong. To participate in one of the Committee phases, it is sufficient that one of the 2 players belongs to the IDF league.

How to register

Teams of which at least one of the players is licensed from the IDF League must register with referee David Ferreira: monsieur_ferreira@laposte.net

The registration deadline is Thursday, April 27, 2023 and the registration price per player is 25 euros.

Also, the ranking taken into account to determine the automatically qualified pairs is that of April 2023. On the other hand, the ranking taken into account to determine the seeds and establish the final table of the League phase will be that of the month of June.

David Ferreira will be responsible for informing the 24 best women's teams and the 16 men's teams that will be registered directly in the Ile-de-France League phase. The same applies to the unsuccessful teams, who will also be informed by the referee and who will have the possibility of registering for one of the Committee phases.
