Major League Soccer's home football club in the United States, the Los Angeles Galaxy, has announced the creation of Galaxy Park, in partnership with the managers of Dignity Health Sports Park (DHSP). This new complex, which will be located on the DHSP campus, will house padel among the activities offered.

In addition to five 5×5 football pitches, two futsal pitches and eight pickleball courts, four padel are planned at the heart of this new sports park in the city of Carson, California. Gabriel Perez, representative of AGIA, LLC who is in charge of building the grounds, did not hide his enthusiasm: "This opportunity is the key to our mission to discover the padel around the world […] We hope that our experience and expertise will help build a strong and diverse community of padel".

As we mentioned a short time ago, the padel USA is developing more and more, and this kind of initiative should give a boost. In view of large number of pickleball players across the Atlantic, we actually say that the padel has plenty of room for improvement.

Galaxy Park will open in March 2023 to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Dignity Health Sports Park.
