Improve at padel is not only for professional players. Everyone can progress, everyone has a different pace and different abilities. The trick is to impose a routine. In this section, here is a list of things to do that will make you feel better on a field of padel and therefore… to progress.

Our advice to apply every week for a better game of padel :
- Run a run of 30 to 45 minutes
- Perform a physical training of about 30 minutes once or twice a week. Abdominals, legs, glutes, arms ... the list is long
- 1 training of padel in Group
- 1 match
- Stretch each morning then before and after the effort
- Watch a game of padel high level both man and woman on video or in your club
