The Tennis Club de Pau is developing with now 4 tennis courts padel et looking for a coach padel ready to invest in this historic club.

Educational assignments

Prepare educational sessions adapted to each audience
Provide group lessons padel
Provide individual lessons padel
Ensure the organization of internships padel

Development task

It proposes and implements actions intended to develop the activity padel and optimize runway occupancy.

Tournaments padel : he participates with the committee padel in the development of the calendar of approved tournaments for the season. He ensures the arbitration judge of part of the approved tournaments of padel in connection with the committee padel.

Participation in the life of the club: at the request of the sports manager, he may be required to participate in various meetings.

He transmits to the communication manager the information relating to the actions implemented. He may be called upon to ensure, if necessary, replacements for employees of the “reception / communication / partnership” division.

Responsibility

He is solely responsible for the quality of execution of the missions entrusted to him.

Facilities and equipment: ensure the proper use of the facilities and equipment made available to it
Autonomy, initiative: he is able to perform tasks involving specialized technical know-how

technicality

He has the Title for Professional Purposes Padel or the Federal Monitor Diploma of Padel. He has a good knowledge of the techniques related to his function as a teacher of padel :

The sporting knowledge of his discipline,
The rules governing his discipline (legislation, regulations, safety, etc.)
Knowledge of teaching techniques padel and group management
He has good interpersonal skills and teaching skills.
He is up to date with his professional card, which he must prove to the employer upon hiring and at each renewal.

Special conditions: opening of the club on Sundays and public holidays except January 1 – May 1 – November 1 – December 25

Remuneration: given his function and the missions entrusted to him, he is classified in group 4 of the National Collective Sports Convention. The remuneration will be established on the basis of a fixed part and a variable part according to the achievement of the objectives set by the club (mission sheet).
