It is exactly in the capital of the island of Gran Canaria that the competitions of padel amateur will resume first. Good news for the padel Spanish.

Finally, amateur tournaments resume. It is a tournament reserved for licensees of the Spanish Federation of Padel, male and female in 4 categories. A major tournament.

To respect the safety instructions, everything is planned. Each category is limited to 16 pairs and the temperature of each player will be taken.

Remember that in Spain 2 types of tournaments can be played, the “federados” which are tournaments reserved for FEP licensees, and the Open tournaments where everyone can access with or without a license.

For the resumption, the club of Calzada de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria is focusing on licensed players. A good idea because during the recovery phases, the first to have been able to resume padel were those players who owned a license.

So here we go, tournaments are resuming in Spain in early July.
