A very busy weekend in competitions that delighted both spectators and viewers on WPT streaming or on the Facebook page of Padel Mag and FFT. Let us go back to the results of international and national competitions. From the best padel to the world to the P100 through the P2000 of 4padel Valenciennes, here is what happened this weekend.

WPT

  • The Logroño Open was the scene of two superb finals. First in men, the victory of Maxi Sanchez / Sanyo Guttierez against Paquito Navarro / Juan Lebron on the score of 7 / 6 7 / 6. On the women's side, the Marta Ortega / Marta Marrero pair renews a win, which this time more (3 / 6 7 / 5 6 / 3) hangs against their respective partners last season, Ari Sanchez and Alejandra Salazar.

P2000

  • 4Padel Valenciennes received the FFT Padel Tour. A P2000 men and a P2000 ladies. Although the ladies platter was a little light in quantity, the quality was there. Victory for Mélissa Martin and Léa Godallier against Meites/Ligi. Among the men, it should be noted the presence of very beautiful pairs which made this tournament a success on the quality of the game presented. A feast for the eyes and for the schools of padel. Victory for the Bergeron / Blanqué pair against Maigret / Tison with a score of 7/6 4/6 7/5.

France championship

  • The Yvelines committee received the qualifying phases of the French men's championship. In a very friendly atmosphere and under the sun, 9 teams competed against each other throughout the day. After group matches, 4 teams played the semi-finals, final and 3rd place. The winners are Coirault / Amato who beat the Duchesne / Lefebvre pair in a hooked match (6/7 6/4 6/4). Third place goes to Maujoin / Faivre.

P250

  • The center of Bruyères (Pau) organized a P250 men won by the Berthelot / Lamblin pair against Gonzalez / Majdoubi.
  • Le Padel Club Albigeois offered the first round of the Occitan Padel Infinity Tour 2019. 30 teams in total for this P250 men. Cavalier / Canion won against Alma / Conffignal with a score of 7/6 6/1. Third place goes to Monfferan / Puech.
  • Padel Aficionados (Casa Padel) organized a P250 men and women. On the women's side, victory for Le Moigne / Batista over Lochon / Somarriba. Among the men, a very good final which saw Fonseca / Marchal win over Munoz / Meddah with a score of 7/5 2/6 7/5.

P100

  • TCM5 (Lyon) organized a men's P100, won by Foulon / Ouerdi against Margerit / Margerit.
  • The Five La Rochelle organized a men's P100. 8 teams for this week-long tournament won by Martin / Diringer against Willem / Descubes.

Other

  • Lorgues Tc had to postpone his tournament to 01 and 02 June due to rain.
