Thomas Leygue and Guillem Figuerola win the FFT Padel Tour Perpignan 2023. In the final, François Authier and Pierre Vincent were not unworthy, but the step seemed too high today.

The Franco-Spanish pair starts off on the floor. Everything is going too fast and the first set is completed in less than 30 minutes: 6/1.

In the second race, the match is balanced but Vincent and François do not manage to take the lead. They are constantly forced to create a small exploit to stay hooked to the Leygue / Figuerola wagon.

We see the French Champion sure of his shots and a Spaniard capable of attacking as well as defending. The set, which seemed to be able to go to the tie-break, still lasts nearly 45 minutes for a 6/4 on the side of the favorites. With a total of 12 break points obtained for only 3 converted, we see that the opportunities were too numerous for the favorites who knew how to finish at the best time.
