Sports Management: a software in full development

Today, I develop software, I support several projects padel and I develop the company Gestion Sports.

And as I still have a little time, I created a video series “Gestion Sports Dirigeants” to offer and share my experience with the managers.

A video series for managers

I don't pretend to know everything, but by talking to many leaders every day, I learn a lot.

Each time, we start long telephone conversations to discuss different topics.

So, I had the idea to put all their ideas and my experience together in a video training.

Interesting videos to develop the padel

There are currently 5 videos in which I deal with an issue each time.

- How to fill its grounds? 

- How to increase its prices?

- How to create special offers? 

- How to organize a professional event? 

- How to “scale” his club?

But there are many other issues and I will gradually add new videos ...

We wanted to focus, first of all on the way to optimize a club padel to develop it. 

When I finished my videos, there are things that I forgot (laughs). They last an average of 20 minutes each.

The goal: personalization for clubs

When we talk about Sports Management today, we associate the company with management software and a personalized application for clubs.

However, what sets us apart from the competition is my 20 years of club management experience.

So, I would like to gradually change the image of Gestion Sports and say that today, it is not only a software but it is also an accompaniment in the projects and advice in development.

Since our mission is to support the clubs, we might as well do it from the project to the optimization!

At the moment, the training is 100% free.

Development in France and Europe

My partner and I are passionate about what we do and we are lucky to have dozens of clubs that trust us in France and in neighboring countries.

I will continue to listen to our customers to develop the software and I will try to flesh out this video series with interviews and other advice soon.
