My Center is looking for a Center Manager for its new club in Cogolin (83310), located 10 minutes from Saint-Tropez, which will include 6 Padel outdoor.

My Center is a SARL which is available as a "Sports Club" for leisure practice, as an "Academy" for the management and training of players in the French team (No. 1 in France in the training of 10-12 year olds) , and in a “Training Center” for tennis teachers enrolled in the “Training Padel » for the passage of the DE (State diploma).

You join My Center COGOLIN, one of the My Center clubs, and evolve in the trendy sport of the moment, padel.

Your missions
The center manager is responsible for the strategic and operational functions of the club, and guarantees the development of the structure. You are responsible for managing, administering and controlling all the tasks of the club: administration, personnel, organization, finance. Your function requires a certain versatility.

Main tasks (administrative and secretarial tasks):

  • Commercial development and promotion of the club to a diverse clientele: individuals, companies, official bodies, etc.
  • Synergize the administration, management, sport and development functions
  • Participate in the development, monitoring and management of budgets (quotes)
  • Participate in the follow-up of invoices, payments and reminders
  • Creation/update of databases (customers/prospects)
  • Management of the pro shop: stock management, sales
  • Personnel management (planning, recruitment)
  • Manage the club's finances in close collaboration with the financial director
  • Promote a good image of padel, tennis and its club
  • Lead and manage the various stakeholders within the club (teachers, work-study students, external stakeholders)
  • Ensuring compliance with club policy and rules
  • Manage customer and external partner relationships

Event organization:

  • Design and organize animations, events and competitions
  • Participate in the management of the organization, anticipate and follow the logistics necessary for the smooth running of events, make requests for administrative authorizations when necessary
  • Participate in the management of privatizations, invitations and registrations if necessary

Club management:

  • Physical and telephone reception of customers, management and optimization of reservations, bar service, clubhouse management and collection
  • Ensure the proper maintenance and presentation of spaces dedicated to padel (changing rooms, club house, play area, proshop)

Required Skills :

  • Training Bac +3/bac +5 Management administration / Management of sports organizations / Sport Event
  • You are dynamic, autonomous, able to manage and set up projects, having good interpersonal skills and the ability to dialogue with all interlocutors
  • You demonstrate responsiveness, organizational skills and adaptability
  • Sense of organization, teamwork, strength of proposal, management of stress and unforeseen events
  • An acquaintance in the padel is obligatory
  • English written and spoken
  • Some + appreciated: experience in management or management, knowledge of the sports sector
  • Writing skills and good command of spelling
