The hostilities of P1 Mendoza Premier Padel started in Argentina. Two French players start the competition on Monday, ready to do battle on the grounds of the Acongua Arena.

P1 Mendoza - Sactena Bueno

Around 19 a.m., all eyes will be on the central track where the Franco-Spanish pair made up of Jérémy Scatena (98th FIP) and his Spanish teammate Toni Bueno (56th FIP) embark on the adventure.

Their first challenge will be significant since they will be opposed to a formidable team made up of Spaniard Alvaro Cepero (43rd FIP) and Argentinian Alex Chozas (131st FIP), a player familiar with the A1 circuit Padel by Fabrice Pastor.

The young Argentinian talent, only 20 years old, has already stood out this season at various stages of the WPT. His most outstanding performance took place during the prestigious Italy Major in Rome where, alongside his partner José Solano, they reached the 1/8th finals before coming up against the future winners of the edition, Coello and Tapia.

Moreover, theArgentinian also won the Monaco Master of A1 Padel with the mighty Leo Augsburger.

Suffice to say that qualification will not be easy for Scatena and Bueno. We will have to fight to get a place in the 1/16th final. The match promises to be heated and it can be followed live on the FIP Youtube channel.
