Who does not know "Padel Arena”, the club of Rouen, or more precisely of Isnauville, a town that many of us have discovered thanks to this club.
At the controls, now the granddads of French padel, Julien Frères, François Preterre and Maxime Gautrié.
The three founders of the center look back on their journey and their ambitions on the occasion of the P1000 Padel Arena – BMW Horizon.
Padel is growing everywhere
The tournament is a real success with pairs that came from all over and also local pairs that held up. Moreover, we saw a very nice match in 16th between a pair of the club and the duo Hanouna / Semmler.
This competition motivates us to continue in this direction because we see a good level, it is progressing everywhere !
The tournament is not over yet, and yet the public responded. There are more and more curious people and especially insiders who are interested in this sport.
We are in the right direction.

A before and after the Covid
There was a before and after Covid. We took advantage of this general shutdown to try to move forward and expand the center. Today, we have 3 squash courts and 3 padel courts. And then also a restaurant that works very well with a terrace.
When it was complicated for all companies, we wanted to project ourselves into the future by trying to offer more padel, while innovating and offering a place where we like to go.
I think we have managed to create a real place that is both sporty and friendly.

Betting on youth and women's padel
The club also has a pool of young players who are very interesting to follow and who, I hope, will be found in major competitions in a few years. As for the ladies, we also invest a lot. Moreover, we are going to offer a 1000% feminine P100 next February.
Our padel schools are working at full capacity. If we could push back the walls, we would do it immediately. We have optimized the club to the maximum, now we are thinking about trying to expand with new tracks. That is our concern. We have projects. We will talk about it later!
Franck Binisti discovered padel at the Club des Pyramides in 2009 in the Paris region. Since then, padel has been part of his life. You often see him touring France to cover major French padel events.
